Why I do Reiki…. Honestly, it’s pretty simple. I Why I do Reiki…. Honestly, it’s pretty simple. I just want people to feel better. Life can be busy, overwhelming and sometimes a little too much. We spend so much time looking after everyone else, thinking about what’s next and getting caught up in the day to day that we forget to stop and look after ourselves. I love being able to offer a space where you can slow down, switch off, relax and reconnect with yourself. There’s no pressure, no expectations and nothing you need to do. Just time to receive something that’s just for you. If you leave feeling calmer, lighter, more connected to yourself and just a little better than when you walked in, then that’s exactly why I do what I do. That’s what Reiki is all about for me x
